At Home for Turbans, we’re dedicated to making sure your order is packed with care and delivered reliably. Below is everything you need to know about how we handle shipping and delivery.

Order Processing & Dispatch Orders are processed from Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

Most orders are shipped within 2–3 business days of being placed.

Once dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details.

Shipping Charges (India) Shipping rates vary depending on your delivery location:

Region Shipping Fee Punjab, Haryana, Chandigarh ₹60 Delhi, Rajasthan, Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand ₹80 All other Indian states ₹99 Special regions (Sikkim, Kerala, 7 North-Eastern states, Jammu & Kashmir, Ladakh) ₹130

Note: Shipping charges are applied at checkout based on your delivery address.

Estimated Delivery Time Standard delivery takes approximately 5–7 business days.

Remote areas or special regions may take slightly longer.

Please allow extra time during public holidays or peak seasons.

Return to Origin (RTO) Policy If an order is returned to us due to:

Incorrect or incomplete address,


Unreachable contact number,
Or repeated failed delivery attempts,

…it will be eligible for reshipment only after the customer agrees to pay the applicable shipping fee again (based on the destination). Re-dispatch processing may take 14–21 business days, including quality check and confirmation of updated shipping details.
Delivery Responsibility We partner with reliable logistics providers to ensure smooth delivery. However:

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier operations or external factors.

If no one is available at the time of delivery, the courier may attempt redelivery or leave a pickup notice.

If the parcel is returned due to non-acceptance, we will reach out to coordinate reshipping. Additional shipping charges will apply.

International Orders We do ship internationally to selected countries. Delivery usually takes 10–15 business days, depending on your location.
